Will The Stent Placed During The Kidney Transplant Cause Low And Strained Urine?

Hi - Had transplant (kidney) a few days ago. Prior to transplant used to make 1/2 cup urine per day. I now have difficulty to get the urine started and the flow is strained. Any Ideas? Will the stent placed during the transplant cause this (it s not been removed yet).
