Will the uterus at 4.5 weeks pregnant enlarge to around 9cm length, 5.4 CM AP dimension by 6.5 transverse? Also endometrial lining is at 16mm.. Does this all sound about right for 4.5 weeks along? Also will the uterus enlarge in these ways as well as the lining if it's an etopic pregnancy?
