Will There Be Any Pain After Undergoing Septoplasty?

Hi Sir.. My septum is slightly deviated to the right side (Tip of my nose is slightly bent on the right side). I showed this to an ENT and he suggested me to go for Septoplasty, but he says that he will correct the function of it, and not guarantee about the looks. He says that there will be no pain or no future effects of this operation. I understand that he has operted more than 10,000 of Septoplasty. BUt do you think that doing perfectly, Septoplasty will have no after effects or PAIN in future.
