Will There Be Any Problems In Conception After Having An Abortion?

Hello doctor I am 24 years old. My weight is 40 kg and height is between 5"3 and 5"4. I had sex with my boyfriend in 2008, 2009 and then after 1 year in 2010. But i had sex aftr the gap of 2-3 months. that too for 1 or 2 consecutive days.No sex aftr 2010. I got my hymn broken. I was once pregnant and took contraceptive to abort. My question is that will my husband be able to know that am not virgin?? and Will i be able to concieve easily aftr marriage??
