Will There Be Bleeding After An Abortion?

my wife undergone abortion on 12th week of pregnancy(today morning).... as ultrasound tests reported with no heart beat of the feotus and no growth since 8th week... will there be any bleeding after abortion.... currently we do not see any bleeding...
