Will This Bleeding Sebaceous Cyst Need Surgical Removal Or Heal By Itself?

Hi I believe I had a small sebaceous cyst on my neck for the past few years, that recently en-flammed/enlarged. it's been 3 weeks, and week two it's been draining pus/blood. It's since reduced a bit, and is no longer draining much, just a little blood when squeezed. The area is still spongy and swollen. Will this reduce further or do I need it removed
