Will Undergoing Hysterectomy Lead To Fall In ESR Level?

hello iam 36 years iam suffering from endometriosis andy esr test shows me 65and I have been inserted marina for the problem but I have lot of joint pains in hands and also I legs there is swelling .it esr increse is due to endometriosis .pls help .if I go for hysterectomy will my esr rate come down or it it is life long problem .
