Will Vitiligo Spread On Other Parts Of Body?

i m sushma thakur 28 years old female..i m suffering from some white spot on my shoulder n upper side of eyebrows.right now i m at fiji island and here doctor said it is a kind of skin problem which name is VITILIGO.......i want more information about this.causes n symptoms n want ot know is it wil sprad on body????please suggest me any medicine n if it wll possile any home remedies then it will helpful for me.........
