With Exertion I Get A Posterior Internal Chest Spasm/pain. Not
With exertion I get a posterior internal chest spasm/pain. Not back muscle pain. Lasts 1-2 minutes. Deep breathing and rest resolve it. Happens infrequently...3-4 times per year. Doesn't happen with all exertion. Worse if warm and humid outside. No nausea/vomiting or diaphoresis.
