Within The Last 7 Days, I Have Been Experiencing A

Within the last 7 days, I have been experiencing a sharp pain on the left side of my head/brain. The pain lasts for only a few seconds. My medical history includes one clipped brain aneurysm (right side) and one unclipped brain aneurysm on my left side. The unclipped aneurysm is monitored, and my most recent CT angiogram was 11 months ago. Also, I have Primary Immunodeficiency and was exposed to someone with a severe brain infection (before diagnosis) within the past 2 months. What should my course of action be?
