Within The Last Two Weeks I Had A Stress Test

Within the last two weeks I had a stress test done and it came back positive. I was given asprin to take daily and the angina spray as well which I have used a fair few times already. Since yesterday I have a numbing sensation on my legs & feet and slight tingling sensation in my right fingers, my question is should I take the spray and is it safe for me to take two asprins instead of one.
