Within The Past Year, I Have Had Cataract Surgery On

Within the past year, I have had cataract surgery on both eyes and was diagnosed with glaucoma. I am doing eye drops for the glaucoma plus drops for dry eyes and recently had my eyes checked and told I have 20-20 vision but my eyes are red all the time so what else can I do for this ?
