Within Three Days Of After Having A Mammogram I Developed

Within three days of after having a mammogram I developed a blistering red itching rash on top of my left breast. It also hurt . Went to family doctor she recommended an over the counter fungal cream it did not work . Went to dermatologist, prescribed a cream , it took bumps away but still there so I stopped using cream and it came back again in a month same area but new bumps . Help !!!
