Woke Up With Swollen Upper Lip, Welts On Inside Of

Woke up with swollen upper lip, welts on inside of arms and thighs. Knuckle of right index finger is slightly swollen and red and itchy. Allergic reaction to bug bite, or maybe Lisinopril which I've been taking for past 3 months? Swelling has gone down since this AM, but not totally gone, welts seem to be moving around and are itchy from time to time. Just trying to determine if this is an allergic reaction which requires a Dr's visit. Thank you.
