Wonder what is going on with patient whose furosimide was increased from 80mg to 120mg daily for diastolic CHF. He had been running INR's on 7.5 warfarin last three months of 2.0-2.65. Last INR this past week was 5.65 with BUN 32 and creatinine of 1.47. Seems furosimide dose affecting kidney function accounting for high warfarin level?
