Wondering If I Have A Hiatal Hernia? I Feel Soreness

Wondering if I have a hiatal hernia? I feel soreness and tenderness right under my sternum, a little to the left. It seems to "flare up" if I eat foods that cause acid reflux. It can also get agitated with stress. When it flares up it is sore for several days.
