Wondering If You Can Help- I Haven't Had My Period

Wondering if you can help- I haven't had my period since the 19th Feb 2016. I had bronchitis pretty much from the 12th March but thought it was flu. I had been taking flu meds but nothing helped until I went to a Dr on the 30th March who confirmed I had bronchopneumonia. There was also an ultrasound performed on me and Dr confirmed I am not pregnant but may have fibroids growing outside my uterus - I had been experiencing severe pain in my lower abdomen and a late period hence the ultra sound. I still don't have my period but my breasts have remained sensitive and I experience some cramps. I am now feeling occasionally light headed, nausea and a lack of appetite. What could be wrong with me
