Wondering What The Standard Depakote Taper/wean To DC Is. Present

Wondering what the standard Depakote taper/wean to DC is. Present dose is 750mg BID. Drug started nearly 6 months ago for unilateral seizures related to radiation treatment for glioblastoma. No further seizures. Depakote was the third drug added to a regimen already consisting of keppra, vimpat and decadron 2mg/day. Follow up MRIs reveal no progression of tumor and no swelling. Strongly desired depakote wean to DC due to lethargy, shuffle gait and hand tremors. Thank you very much.
