Working With A Older Gentleman Who Tripped Over A Pallet

Working with a older gentleman who tripped over a pallet at work, landed on his side and on his right hip. He has been sitting for a few hours and complains of extreme pain when he tries to stand. He doesn't think any part is swollen. Not sure to to do next.
