Would Oxycodone Dependence Cause Cold, Irritation, Tiredness With Anger?

I have been taking Oxycodone HCL 15 mg (1/2 tablet at a time) as needed for chronic pain averages out to appx 120 tablets a month. I also take Morphine 30 mg 3X a day (every 8 hours) I have been taking them for years form my pain management doctor. Addiction has always been my greatest fear! my pain doc said as long as I don't ever take one without having actual pain I would not get "high" and therefore would not become addicted. I have never shown any signs of addiction (Thank God!) The past week has been my best week in years as far as my pain goes so my Oxycodone intake has decreased. I am still taking 1/2 here & there but not like a normal day for me, I have been very cold, unable to get warm, yawning a lot & extremely tired - napping a lot more than usual, I am also very irritable - the smallest things are setting me off and making me extremely angry. I'm sure it is because of the physical dependence so how to I fix it without just "popping a pill" when my pain isn't that bad?
