Would Cocaine Cause Heart Failure?

I did a bit of cocaine earlier today and it has my heart beating seemingly irregular, usually I smoke a bit of cannabis to help me calm down and sleep although I m concerned that it will worsen my heart beat? Would this cause heart failure? Should I pass on the smoking?
