Would Getting A Tattoo On Arm Cause Blood Clot While Having Antiphospholipid Syndrome?

I have Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome!! I've had 23 PE's which I had removed by PTE surgery in San Diego! I've also had a stroke!!! My question is I'm on Coumadin with my target INR of 3 to 4. Would getting a tattoo on my arm put me at risk for a blood clot???
