Would Heavy Bleeding With Large Clots Be Due To Vaginal Injury?

Weight 115, height 5.5 ft . I had a baby 2 months ago. Had my 6 wk checkup, everything checked out good. I breastfeed fulltime. However, hubby and I decided to play...and he stroked me with an object, i think he jabbed something inside that hurt a little at the moment...but i felt no pain later. The next morning I was bleeding like the start of a period. Later the evening, I'm bleeding heavier and passing large clots...should I worry...since this is the first vaginal action since birth?
