Would Laser Therapy Help Reduce The Ganglion Cyst On The

Would laser therapy help reduce the ganglion cyst on the back of my wrist. I am having pain up the back of my hand due to the size of the cyst. I have had this before on 2 other occasions and they went away on their own, this one is causing more issues for me because i am doing more exercise where i am bearing weight on my wrist, plank etc
