Would Masturbation Reduce The Chance Of Getting Pregnant?

Hello i missed my period last month and ready one month i dont have my period. last month i had my final exam as i know stress can cause period delay but untill now i dont have any symptoms like stomoch pain. i am having headache far last two week. i do have a habit of masturbation. now i am confused and stressed. is this normal or doctor attention is needed. will habit of masturbation will reduce the chance of i am getting pregnent after got married?
