Would Radiation Effect The EF Of Heart Function? I Was

Would radiation effect the EF of heart function? I was given radiation to chest and abdomen 31 years ago for Hodgkins Stage 2A, I was 15. I had an ECHO and doctor said my heart was operating at less than 50% and my lungs are inflamed but no signs of any latent cancers.. :) Just wondering how the radiation might have played a factor in this.
