Would Smoking Marijuana Affect A Slight Hematoma In My Right Eye?

Hello, so I have a slight hematoma In my right eye only a small quarter and my question is if I can smoke marijuana and if that would affect it. I was told it was like a bruise so it would fade but I wouldn t want to aggravate it. So is it ok to smoke marijuana and it not affect the eye in question.
