Would The Misplaced IUD Settles By Itself?

I just got an iud in october. I went back for my check up and tehy told me that my iud had moved but we decided not to take it out. Yesterday i woke up and my stomach felt weird and i felt like i had a blatter infection or a urninary track infection but when i peed it made the pin go away and then as i walked again it would come back. Then after a couple hours it all went away. Should i go back to my doctor?
