Wow Thank You, Had Car Accident 45-50mph Hit Solid Object

Wow thank you, had car accident 45-50mph hit solid object dead on to a complete stop. Did not go hospital, am mentally shell shocked, severe body stiffness started 2-3 days after crash, have multiple bruising -can deal with that, but have severe inflammation and tons of heat lower legs and feet. The airbag did deploy. I had prednisone 10mg , only had 2 tablets, took 12 hours apart along with 660 mg of Alene. Have continued alive, not a lot of results with stiffness and inflammation. Open to advice please
