X-Ray Said I Have Torn Cartilage In My Tailbone From

X-Ray said I have torn cartilage in my tailbone from lifting something heavy and a possible fracture. There is a swollen mass next to my butthole that is extremely painful. The doctor gave me a Toradol shot and some oxycodone-acetaminophen 5-325. I haven't pooped in over 2 days and the pain in that swollen spot is horrible. Should I be worried that there is something worse wrong?
