I am feeling bloated, haven't had a BM for 4 days. I usually have one or two per day. I've tried enema, castor oil and a magnesium-saline solution. The pain in my gut is debilitating. Sitting or lying down are the worst. Walking around seems to help somewhat. Age: 65 female
