YYYY@YYYY I Have Taken In The Last Couple Of Weeks

YYYY@YYYY I have taken in the last couple of weeks and now I don't have the appropriate dose and I can't reach the Doc. I am concerned because I'm in a new job with more hours and more responsibilities. Very concerned, mood swings, some aggression, left the stove on, banking errors etc.
