What is Sick sinus syndrome and what is the best treatment. I am currently in sinus bradycardia with no dizziness but was in persistent AFib. Since going into sinus brady the pedal sedema is less, I feel better and hope the 'severe bilateral atrial enlargement' is less and the 'Ejection Fraction will be higher than 45%.' What is your opinion? Thank you.
