Yeah, I Got Tonsillitis On Monday.. Went The Doctors Got

Yeah, I got tonsillitis on Monday.. Went the doctors got antibiotics, it spread on Tuesday to my left tonsil too.. I've just looked, my right one had loads of yellow spots on it but my left is horrendous.. One big massive spot covering my tonsil an it's gone green an black, it feels like I'm swallowing razor blades or something.. What is this?
