Yeah I Have Noticed About. Week Ago When I Was

Yeah I have noticed about. Week ago when I was in the shower I started to was my butt crack and it almost felt like I had pulled hairs out of when I just touched it then a couple days later it got worse now it itching and one you starch it it starts really burning and now it bleeds sometimes and not others but it's moist and has a odor sometimes it's red and sometimes not! Any idea's?
