Years Ago I Had Sinus Surgery Which Left Me With

Years ago I had sinus surgery which left me with small scars on the outside of my nose from whatever they used to hold the nostril open. Now that small scar itched, will crack and bleed and the skin gets thick. Nothing seems to help. It itches like crazy and and takes forever to heal until it begins to itch again and the process stars over. The tip of my nose is extremely sore and the skin will peel.
