Yeaterday I Woke Up And Felt Like My Bladder Was

Yeaterday i woke up and felt like my bladder was really full. I went to use the bathroom and i got a sharp pain from my vagina. Than i looked in the tiolet and noticed a blood tint in my urine. I wiped and sure enough there was pink blood . I went about my day but than everytime i went to use the bathroom it felt very full and i would get this horrible pain over and over that made me cry. Its still happending today also. What could it be
