Yeaterday While Running I Got A Very Sharp Side Pain

Yeaterday while running I got a very sharp side pain and it felt like a knife stabbing me but I kept running and then today while having intercourse with my boyfriend I got a lower stabbing abdomen pain again. I tried to use the restroom and poop but I don't think that's the problem. My urine also smells bad but isn't super yellow. The pain has subsided but it has upset my stomach as well
