Yes, 17 Years Ago I Had Bells Palsy And Received

Yes, 17 years ago I had bells palsy and received steroids from a Doctor and after about a month it was almost all better. Just small issues through the years like my eye watering in cold weather or on windy days. Also the bells eye is a little smaller than the other side. Will in just the last 2 years my bells side eye is always feeling puffed and swollen around the eye and somewhat burns. It has also gotten even smaller. It is very bothersome and truthfully drives me crazy. Is there something i can do or take to just get rid of the swollen feeling? Please help! Thank you
