Yes 83 year old lady has chf her heart rate at exercise is 51 lying down it is 31 and suddenly jumps up to 116 take pulse meter off and recheck and once again it shows 31 and then jumps to 121 her legs are not swollen she not complaining of anything except extremely tired.
