Yes About A Week Ago I Had Some Scary Attack

Yes About a week ago I had some scary attack driving I was freezing shivering all over couldn't get warm I got home and was trying to undress it was hard I was shaking so bad the shower did not warm me nor did the shaking stop my boyfriend wrapped a comforter around me. My nail beds were purple I looked grey. This went on for 2 hours I sipped on water and had to use a straw because of the shaking. I still feel bad.
