Yes I Am 60 Years Old And For About 6

Yes I am 60 years old and for about 6 months now I have had clear fluid leaking around the sides of both my left and right testicles. I has a bad odor. I had hernia operation back in 1978 but other than that no operations. Could you please tell me what might be causing this leakage. Also both testicles itch around where the fluid comes out.
