Yes I Am Camping..I Have A Sore Tooth With Some

Yes I am camping..I have a sore tooth with some swelling ( abcess,gum boil)?.I took 2 aleve for pain and swelling.may I take a little benadryl liquid because I have little ear blockage. It is children's because I ca t take adult too strong. I am due to have the rest of my bottom teeth removed in sept.trying to hold off.I have no antibiotics with me while camping.thank you
