Yes, I Am Currently Facing Some Issues. It Started About

Yes, I am currently facing some issues. It started about a week ago, but increased into more noticeable and serve pains. My throat is swollen, where its to the point I cannot talk unless I want to cry it hurts that bad. Its noticeably swollen even from just the outside, you can tell by looking at my throat and neck area. I've also noticed that the back of my neck, and groin and armpit areas are sore, but I havent done anything to strain or cause any issues with them. Along with that, Ive never been a type of person to get migraines, but yesterday, when I would go to move my head I would get dizzy and nauseous feeling, along with bright lights. I've taken medicine, but none have seemed to work. Is there anything I can do to help?
