Yes I Am Currently Taking Steroids For A Bad Cough

Yes I am currently taking steroids for a bad cough have been taking them for three days today and today started having a pain on my right side as if I have been running a lot like when your spleen gets too much blood and hurts, could this be related or just being a hypocondriac?
