Yes. I am experiencing a rash on my arms, legs, chest as of yesterday. Since this has never happened before I was/am a little surprised. I bought Cortizol today and am treating it topically. Any thoughts? I don't have allergies. Not under (too) much stress. Very healthy otherwise. Age 63, female.
