Yes, I Am Taking HBP Med, Hyzarr 100-25 MG And

Yes, I am taking HBP med, Hyzarr 100-25 MG and atenelol25. I noticed that I was feeling faint while playing tennis, so I started taking half the hyzarr and no atenelol. Today after taking a 1/2 dosage I felt faint with my BP going down to 95 over 68 and a pulse at rest at 87.. I have lost 12 lbs recently and am currently 229lbs at 6 ft tall. 67 years old. Suggestions please
