Yes, I had a basal cell cancer removed from the front of my leg about 3months ago and now since its healed these last 2 months I have all around the place knots that I can feel down in my leg and it itches and then these red patches shows up the skin there stays dry but itches even after I put lotion on the area it still is itchy and dry
