Yes, I Had A Cold Beginning Of February Were Is

Yes, I had a cold beginning of February were is was getting major congestion in my sinus and my left ear and it was starting to cause dizziness. When I would lean right or look up high I would feel very dizzy. I ended up going t Urgent care. They prescribed me a Z pack antibiotic (even though there was no sign of infection) and a steroid pack where you progressively take less for I think 6days. I just it may have helped a bit but the dizziness is continuing and I really do not feel very good.
What could this be?
