Yes I Had A Emg Done About A Month Ago

Yes I had a emg done about a month ago and everything was normal,but I'm still having the same problem. When I turn my head to one side or the other it feels like an electric shock ( for lack of a better word) goes through my left side temple and down behind the ear , down the neck and into my fingers. No other symptoms
Any ideas??? My doctor didn't seem to concerned.
